PURPOSE: Cell engraftment yarn is provided to significantly promote the engraftment of cells by twist a plurality of strands of threads. CONSTITUTION: Cell engraftment yarn comprises a needle, a plurality of strands of threads which is inserted into the needle, and a plurality of protrusions and cavities which are formed by twisting a plurality of strands of the threads. The cell engraftment yarn includes a biologically degradable material. The length of the cell engraftment yarn is 2-12 cm.
