602144 Disclosed herein is a solid glyphosate formulation comprising glyphosate acid and further comprising at least one agriculturally acceptable salt of glyphosate, wherein the glyphosate acid and the at least one glyphosate salt are in admixture and wherein the mole ratio of glyphosate acid to total glyphosate moieties in the formulation is at least 10% and less than 50%. Specifically wherein the formulation consists of granules, more specifically wherein the granule are in the range of 0.5 mm to 3 mm in length. Additionally wherein the formulation comprises one or more adjuvants, specifically wherein the adjuvant comprises a glyphosate synergising surfactant, such as cocobetaine, cocoaminopropylbetaine, tallowamine-15-ethoxylate, alkylglycosides, and alkylamine alkoxylates. Specifically wherein the glyphosate salt comprises cations chosen from the group consisting of ammonium, sodium, potassium ethanolammonium, diethanolammoniu,, triethanolammonium, propylammonium, isoproylammonium and trimesium cations. Additionally a method of removing unwanted foliage comprising administering a diluted form of said solid glyphosate formulation.
