PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant having enhanced sustainability of a deodorant effect by blending nitrite and nitrate in a range without deteriorating stability as a one-component formulation to make effective component concentration higher than a conventional solution of nitrite only (40 mass% concentration, 0.58 mol/100 g).SOLUTION: There is provided a deodorant consisting of a solution containing nitrite of 10-37 mass% and nitrate of 10-45 mass%. Sustainability of a deodorant effect can be enhanced by increasing effective component concentration to have total of weight molar concentration of nitrite in terms of nitrate ion and weight molar concentration of nitrate in terms of nitrate ion in a solution of the deodorant of 1.05-1.4 times of weight molar concentration of sodium nitrite in a solution with sodium nitrite concentration of 40 mass% marketed as a nitrite agent conventionally.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】一剤化製剤としての安定性を損なうことのない範囲で亜硝酸塩と硝酸塩とを配合して、従来の亜硝酸塩単独の水溶液(40質量%濃度、0.58mol/100g)よりも有効成分濃度を高くすることにより消臭効果の持続性を高めた消臭剤を提供する。【解決手段】亜硝酸塩10~37質量%と、硝酸塩10~45質量%とを含む水溶液よりなる消臭剤。従来、亜硝酸薬剤として市販されている亜硝酸ナトリウム濃度40質量%の水溶液中の亜硝酸ナトリウムの重量モル濃度に対して、消臭剤の水溶液中の亜硝酸塩の亜硝酸イオン換算の重量モル濃度と硝酸塩の硝酸イオン換算の重量モル濃度の合計が1.05~1.4倍となるように有効成分濃度を高めることにより、消臭効果の持続性を高めることができる。【選択図】図2
