[Problem] To provide an assembly comprising an edible-oil cleaning agent and a container, and a purification method of edible-oil using same. [Solution] A combined container body for enclosing an edible-oil cleaning agent, configured from a container having a non-woven fabric bag and multiple pores for accommodating one or more of the bag, and a stainless steel casing provided with a stainless steel handle. The container body is used by being introduced to edible oil in an oil bath and being removed from the edible-oil, and is also used in a manner such that the enclosed cleaning agent makes contact with heated edible-oil in an oil bath.Linvention concerne un ensemble comportant un agent de nettoyage dhuile alimentaire et un contenant, ainsi quun procédé de purification dhuile alimentaire lutilisant. Linvention concerne donc un corps de contenant combiné, pour contenir un agent de nettoyage dhuile alimentaire, qui est configuré à partir dun contenant ayant un sac en tissu non tissé et de multiples pores pour recevoir au moins un sac, et dun boîtier en acier inoxydable comportant une poignée en acier inoxydable.
