Provided is a cleaning agent composition that is pleasant to use, and whereby a sense of cleanliness is obtained without a decrease in viscosity and without poor stability at low temperatures even in a system formulated with menthol or another algefacient. This cleaning agent composition contains: (a) an anionic surfactant (a-1) and an amphoteric surfactant (a-2), at 4 mass% or greater in terms of the total of (a-1) and (a-2)； (b) a multi-chain non-ionic surfactant, which is solid at room temperature, at 0.01-5 mass%； and (c) a algefacient selected from the group consisting of menthol, menthone, camphor, borneol, cineol-menthone, methyl salicylate, menthyl malonate, glycosyl-monomenthyl-O-acetate, 3-l-menthoxypropane-1,2-diol, l-menthyl-3-hydroxybutyrate, spearmint oil, peppermint oil, eucalyptus oil, and peppermint oil, at 0.01-5 mass%.L'invention concerne une composition d'agent de nettoyage qui est plaisante à utiliser, par laquelle une sensation de propreté est obtenue sans une diminution en viscosité et sans stabilité médiocre à de basses températures même dans un système formulé avec du menthol ou un autre agent de rafraîchissement.
