Then, the filter insertion unit of the feeding guide piece in which the filter is inserted and fixed is fixed and installed on a discharge guiding groove of an entrance valve. An injection liquid filtering pathway is maximized from the top end to the bottom end of the filter, so filtering can be actively performed. The filter is installed and fixed on the inner bottom surface of a cylinder and the inner top end part of a neck disposed in the bottom end of the cylinder. The filter is installed not to protrude to the inside of the cylinder from the inner top end of the neck. According to the structure of the filter which does not protrude to the inside of the cylinder, a gap between the bottom part of the cylinder and the bottom surface part of a packing unit of a plunger is minimized when the plunger is pressed, so a remaining amount existing of an injection liquid existing in the cylinder can be extremely minimized when the injection liquid is fed to a patient. A safety filter unit in which the filter is inserted and fixed is applied to the discharge guiding groove of the entrance valve and the connection hole of the feeding guide piece, so the discharge guide groove is penetrated corresponding to the filter and pressure of the plunger is minimized when an injection liquid is fed. Accordingly, an injection liquid is actively fed, and the plunger can be flexibly operated.
