The invention relates to a stackable container system (20) comprising at least two stackable containers (1, 1', 1'', 1''') each having a receiving body (2) which has at least one base (3) and a side wall (4) extending from the base (3). The base (3) and the side wall (4) limit a receiving chamber (5). The receiving body (2) is designed as to allow at least two containers (1, 1', 1'', 1''') to be stacked inside each other as well as on top of each other. A particular advantage is that at least one stabilising device (15) equipped with a plurality of connecting sections (16) is provided for stabilising the connection of all containers (1, 1', 1'', 1''') arranged on top of each other in a stack, and each container (1, 1', 1'', 1''') comprises in a container edge section (1a) corresponding connecting areas (17) for a form-fit connection with the connecting sections (16) of the stabilising device (15).
