PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition exhibiting a strong antioxidative action, a manufacturing method of the same and a sustainedly releasing substrate.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition comprising a medicine, chitosan and pectinic acid and a manufacturing method of the same are provided. The pharmaceutical composition preferably comprising a composite of chitosan with pectinic acid and the manufacturing method of the same are provided. The sustainedly releasing substrate comprises chitosan and pectinic acid.
