The present invention relates to a microfluidic chip for attracting and destroying a specific biological element, said chip comprising: - a reservoir (1) consisting of a matrix comprising a chemoattractant compound capable of attracting the biological element； - at least one set of microchannels (2) arranged between the reservoir (1) and the external environment (3) of the chip and allowing the chemoattractant compound to move toward said medium and the biological element present in said medium to move in the direction of the reservoir (1)； - at least one electrode (4) arranged between the reservoir (1) and the set of microchannels (2) or at the same location as the set of microchannels (2), said electrode (4) being capable of generating an electric field so as to destroy the biological element as it moves toward the reservoir (1).La présente invention concerne une puce microfluidique pour attirer et détruire un élément biologique spécifique, ladite puce comprenant : - un réservoir (1) constitué d'une matrice comprenant un composé chimioattractant capable d'attirer l'élément biologique - au moins un réseau de microcanaux (2) disposé entre le réservoir (1) et le milieu extérieur (3) de la puce et permettant de laisser passer le composé chimioattractant vers ledit milieu et de laisser passer l'élément biologique présent dans ledit milieu en direction du réservoir (1) - au moins une électrode (4) disposée entre le réservoir (1) et le réseau de microcanaux (2) ou au même endroit que le réseau de microcanaux (2), ladite électrode (4) étant apte à générer un champ électrique de façon à détruire l'élément biologique lors de son passage vers le réservoir (1).
