The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating vascular proliferative disorder comprising a mixed extract of Astragalus membranaceus Bunge, Angelica gigas Nakai and Trichosanthes kirilowii Maximowicz as an active ingredient. The mixed extract of Astragalus membranaceus Bunge, Angelica gigas Nakai and Trichosanthes kirilowii Maximowicz does not show toxicity to vascular endothelial cells and inhibits angiogenesis of vascular endothelial cells.
