PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide which is useful in controlling specific cells, and excels in cell specificity, and its use.
SOLUTION: An endothelial cell-specific peptide, a smooth muscle cell-specific peptide, and a fibroblast-specific peptide are provided. These peptides can be applied to implantable medical devices. Part of the disclosed peptides is derived from collagen IV.
