PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gelatinous cleansing agent which is easy to spread to the skin, has good detergency, is easy to wash away, gives a refreshing feeling and a moist feeling to the skin after cleansing, and can maintain gel state even under hot environment.SOLUTION: The invention provides a gelatinous cleansing agent containing the following components (a)-(d), where the product of each of the content (mass%) of (a) by (c) is 30-65.
