The subject of the notification is macro-crusted chitosan-based skeletal scaffolding in a solution of acetic acid and phosphate-calcium biocerate, characterised by its presence as chitosan, agarose and phosphate-calcium biocerate in the form of powder or nanopowder, dispersed in 0,5 -3% aqueous solution of acetic acid, with: the weight ratios of the solid components corresponding to 0,5 -4% (w/v) chitosan,0,5 -5% (w/v) agarose and 1 -70% (w/v) phosphate calcium biocerate for acetic acid. The present notification also covers the production method of bone scaffolding, which consists of the subsequent use of two methods of introducing pores into a biomaterial using NaHCO3 as a source of CO2 (porogen) gas, andthe second lyophilisation process. Phosphate-calcium bioceramics in powder or nanopowder form and agarose are distributed in a solution of chitosan prepared in acetic acid. Sodium hydrocarbon (NaHCO3) is then added to the uniform mass as an intermediate source of CO2. The type of paste obtained was subjected to high temperatureand then freezing and the lyophilisation process. After lyophilisation, the biomaterial is immersed for ten minutes (sample volume 2 cm3) in 0,5 -2% (w/v) aqueous sodium solution to neutralise the residual acetic acid in the sample. After removing the biomaterial from the NaOH solution, rinse it three times for a 30-minute period in deionised water.Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest makroporowate rusztowanie kostne na bazie chitozanu w roztworze kwasu octowego oraz bioceramiki fosforanowo-wapniowej, które charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi go chitozan, agaroza oraz bioceramika fosforanowo-wapniowa w postaci proszku lub nanoproszku, rozprowadzone w 0,5 - 3% wodnym roztworze kwasu octowego, przy czym proporcje wagowe stałych komponentów wynoszą odpowiednio 0,5 - 4% (w/v) chitozanu, 0,5 - 5% (w/v) agarozy oraz 1 - 70% (w/v) bioceramiki fosforanowo-wapniowej w odniesieniu do kwasu octowego.
