By including the neutral points Xmf and Xmb, different in positions depending on an operation direction, in the dead zone Z2 of the conversion characteristics f3f2, an influence on an operation feeling exerted by the different positions of the neutral points Xmf and Xmb depending on the operation direction is alleviated, and a favorable drive feeling can be obtained.
