The present invention provides an oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic which is excellent in tight feeling, and excellent moisturizing effect and usability. The oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic related to the present invention is characterized by containing the following (A) to (D) the ratio of (b1) component compared with the (A) component and the (B) component is 45 to 85%: (A) hydrated polyisobutene 0.5-10 %by mass (B) oil component containing (b1) (b1) volatile oil component which has low compatibility with (A) (C) emulsion (D) aqueous component 60-90 %by mass.本發明提供緊緻感優異且保濕效果及使用感亦優異之油中水型乳化化妝料。本發明相關之油中水型乳化化妝料特徵係含有下述之(A)至(D),相對於(A)成分及(B)成分,(b1)成分之比例為45至85%:(A)氫化聚異丁烯 0.5至10質量%(B)含有(b1)之油分(b1)與(A)之相溶性低之揮發性油分(C)乳化劑(D)水性成分 60至90質量%。本案所請為油中水型乳化化妝料,然本案圖式均為表示氫化聚異丁烯及追加油分在肌膚上之動向之圖,不足以代表本案技術特徵。
