PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel technology capable of suppressing feeling of degradation odor generated by an influence of light, in a beverage containing unsaturated fatty acid, in which the absorbance at 720 nm is 0.01 or less.SOLUTION: There is provided a beverage containing unsaturated fatty acid, in which the absorbance at 720 nm is 0.01 or less, and feeling of degradation odor generated by light is suppressed.
