The present invention provides a patch showing good drug permeability and excellent drug stability, is relating to ropinirole, a drug for treatment of Parkinsons disease. The ropinirole is blended in the adhesive base agent as free body. The present invention is a transdermal patch characterized by using a specific acrylic adhesive for base agent of patch, which is not having carboxyl group, but having pyrrolidone groups or hydroxyl group, and free body of the ropinirole is blended in the base agent of patch. The present invention is a further ropinirole containing transdermal patch in which a transdermal absorption promoting agent is blended.
