The present invention provides a patch showing good drug permeability and excellent drug stability, is relating to ropinirole, a drug for treatment of Parkinsons disease. The ropinirole is blended in the adhesive base agent as free body. The present invention is a transdermal patch characterized by using a specific acrylic adhesive for base agent of patch, which is not having carboxyl group, but having pyrrolidone groups or hydroxyl group, and free body of the ropinirole is blended in the base agent of patch. The present invention is a further ropinirole containing transdermal patch in which a transdermal absorption promoting agent is blended.本發明提供一種顯示良好的藥物透過性及優異藥物穩定性之貼附劑,係針對巴金森氏病之疾病治療藥的羅匹尼羅,使羅匹尼羅以游離體(游離體)之原樣摻合於黏著性基劑中,其係特徵為作為黏著劑基劑,使用不具羧基、而具有羥基或者吡咯啶酮基之特定的丙烯酸系黏著劑作為黏著劑基劑,在該黏著劑基劑中摻合了游離體之羅匹尼羅的經皮吸收貼附劑,其進一步係摻合了經皮吸收促進劑之含羅匹尼羅的經皮吸收貼附劑。
