PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky rice transplanter having good rolling balance of a planting part.SOLUTION: Supporting stays 30 and 30 supporting a seedling table are set and stood at both ends of a planting frame 23 extended in the cross direction of a planting part 15, and a link shaft 57 is freely rotatably supported between the supporting stays 30 and 30. A motor-potentiobase attached with a land grading rotor elevating actuator 54 is freely fitted on the link shaft 57. A rolling spindle 31 is attached on the central part of the planting frame 23 and a link holders 32 for attaching an elevating link is freely rotatably engaged to the rolling spindle 31.
