PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current micro limiter allowing the use of electricity flowing to the skin with intensity to the extent of not surprising a user to improve the capacity of eyes, a brain, etc.SOLUTION: A current micro limiter is adapted to change an alternating current into a direct current, to use the current at 0.1 W or less and to apply the end of a line connected to a positive pole, to the skin for use.
