PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatizing agent having a natural herbal hop aroma, a beverage giving the natural herbal hop aroma, and a method for producing the beverage.SOLUTION: The aromatizing agent contains two or more kinds of components selected from a G1 group consisting of a hop component A, a hop component B, a hop component C, limonene oxide, and &bgr；-eudesmol； and a component from a G2 group consisting of 3-methyl-1-pentanol, a hop component D, a hop component E, octanoic acid 2-phenylethyl ester, and methyl 2-methoxy-6-pentadecenoate. The beverage contains the aromatizing agent.
