PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dolly that can secure stability of a ridden user in both cases of planar movement and stairway ascent/descent.SOLUTION: A main frame 3 for holding a seat 4 on which a user is loaded is supported by a stopper 29A freely rotatably between a first angle and a second angle with a pivot pin 311A as a center. The stopper is fixed on a body 2 that moves on an endless track. When the body moves on a flat surface, the stopper supports the main frame at the first angle.
