PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pain applied to a patient due to movement or body position change of the patient, improve an examination throughput, and improve reproductivity of imaging.SOLUTION: A chair 10 for imaging a spine comprises: a square plate-state seat part 11 a backrest part 12 which is rotatably supported to both side parts 28 of the seat part 11 and has a headrest 27 a reclining mechanism 13 for locking the backrest part 12 to a horizontal position with plural inclination angles a pair of side plate parts 14 for supporting the seat part 11 a base frame 15 in which a base frame part 35 is fixed to a side plate lower end 34, which comprises a frame part 36 for overturn prevention for supporting a rotation moment in a direction of lowering the headrest 27 of the backrest part 12 whose becomes flush with the seat part 11 on the base frame part 35 and an X-ray detector 16 which is adjacent to the lower face of the seat part in parallel to the lower face of the seat part, slidably supported to the base frame 15 and which can move over a range between the seat part 11 and the backrest part 12 which are flush with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者の移動や体位変換に伴う痛みを軽減し、検査スループットを向上させ、且つ撮影の再現性を向上させる。【解決手段】脊椎撮影用椅子10において、方形板状の座部11と、座部11の両側辺部28に、回転自在に支持されヘッドレスト27を有する背もたれ部12と、背もたれ部12を水平な位置まで複数の傾斜角度でロックするリクライニング機構13と、座部11を支持する一対の側板部14と、側板下端34に基枠部35が固定され座部11と同一平面となった背もたれ部12のヘッドレスト27を下降させる方向の回転モーメントを支持する転倒防止用枠部36を基枠部35に延設したベースフレーム15と、座部下面に近接して平行に配置されるとともにベースフレーム15にスライド自在に支持され同一平面となった座部11及び背もたれ部12の間に渡って移動可能となるX線検出器16と、を設けた。【選択図】図1
