It has been identified that rehydration therapy in third world is being administered using contaminated water thus causing a cycle of disease and ill-health. In order to address this is issue a device for dispensing a composition is provided according to the present invention. The device includes a first chamber and a second chamber located adjacent to the first chamber. Each of the first and second chambers has an outlet.
