PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of preventing color of a part of an indicator from being changed before using the absorbent article by preventing SAP included in an absorber from coming into contact with the indicator, while retaining original functions of the indicator.SOLUTION: The absorbent article includes: a carrier sheet for covering an absorber a moisture-reactive indicator formed on a body-side surface of a back sheet and a water-impermeable sheet joined with a body-side surface of the carrier sheet.
