The device has an intermediate fastening element (1) which joins a blade (2) with a rotary plate (7), using a hook. A guiding portion is provided for inserting blade into the intermediate fastening element. A through-hole is extended transversely with respect to direction of guiding portion, for receiving an extractable bolt (6), when the bolt is inserted into the hole as retaining element for the blade with respect to fastening element.
