PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone drilling cover device expanding a range of use and having improved shareability and performance.SOLUTION: A bone drilling cover device A comprises at least an upper fastening component 30 and a lower fastening component 50. The upper fastening component includes a first base portion 31 and a first coupling portion. The lower fastening component includes at least a second base portion 51 and a second coupling portion 52 engageable with the first coupling portion 32. The second base portion is composed of a first arm 511 and a second arm 512. A total length formed by the first arm and the second arm is greater than a diameter of a drilled hole, and the length of the first arm is controlled to be greater than a length of the second arm. Thereby, the first arm and the second arm are formed into long and short arrangement, the first arm and the second arm can be inserted in an oblique manner and positioned to the underside of the drilled hole so as to be able to cover the drilled hole of bone at every site.
