A sanitary napkin (3) includes: an absorbing layer (4) defining a longitudinal direction (X) and a width direction (Y) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (X) and a guiding unit (5) made of a liquid-absorbent material. The guiding unit includes a guiding member (51), at least one perforation (531), and a connecting member (53). The guiding member (51) is spaced apart from the absorbing layer (4) and has a front portion (511), an intermediate main portion (512) integrally extending from the front portion (511) along the longitudinal direction (X), and a rear portion (52) extending from the intermediate main portion (512) along the longitudinal direction (X) oppositely of the front portion (511). The perforation (531) is formed in the intermediate main portion (512) to expose the absorbing layer (4) and is defined by a perforation-defining wall (514) of the intermediate main portion (512). The connecting member (53) has a first connecting end (533) connected to the perforation-defining wall (514) of the intermediate main portion (512), and a second connecting end (534) connected to the absorbing layer (4) so as to connect the guiding member (51) to the absorbing layer (4).
