The present invention relates to a disposable endoscope. The disposable endoscope includes: an endoscope including a fixed tube and a replacement tube detachably coupled with the fixed tube； a camera module installed at a peak portion of the replacement tube to photograph an image； an LED module installed inside the replacement tub and including at least one LED device installed at a rear side of the peak portion to emit light； a plurality of optical fibers including one side disposed at a the LED module side and an opposite side installed inside the replacement tub to be exposed to the peak portion of the replacement tube, and to transfer light emitted from the LED module to the peak portion of the replacement tube； and a gas supply pipe formed inside the endoscope to supply gas to the peak portion.The LED module is installed close to the gas supply pipe so that the LED module is cooled by gas flowing through the gas supply pipe.Accordingly, the LED module may be efficiently cooled using gas used to operation the endoscope without adding separate cooling gas or a cooling structure while solving deterioration of image quality.본 발명은 일회용 내시경에 관한 것으로서, 고정 튜브와 상기 고정 튜브에 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 교체 튜브로 구성된 내시경 튜브와, 상기 교체 튜브의 첨두부에 설치되어 영상을 촬영하는 카메라 모듈과, 상기 교체 튜브의 내부에 설치되되 상기 첨두부의 후방 측에 설치되어 빛을 방출하는 적어도 하나의 LED 소자로 구성된 LED 모듈과, 일측이 상기 LED 모듈 측에 배치되고 타측이 상기 교체 튜브의 상기 첨두부에 노출되도록 상기 교체 튜브 내부에 설치되어, 상기 LED 모듈로부터 방출된 빛을 상기 교체 튜브의 상기 첨두부로 전달하는 복수의 광 섬유와, 상기 내시경 튜브의 내부에 형성되어 상기 첨두부로 가스를 공급하는 가스 공급관을 포함하며； 상기 가스 공급관을 통해 흐르는 가스에 의해 상기 LED 모듈이 냉각되도록 상기 LED 모듈은 상기 가스 공급관에 인접한 위치에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 영상의 화질 저하의 문제점을 해소하면서도, 별도의 냉각 가스나 냉각 구조를 추가하지 않고 내시경의 작동에 사용되는 가스를 이용하여 LED 모듈을 효과적으로 냉각시킬 수 있게 된다.
