PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic device which suppresses uneven brightness generated in an image by suppressing influence of variation in bias voltage.SOLUTION: In an X-ray diagnostic device 1, an X-ray tube control part 6 and an FPD control circuit 29 allow X-ray irradiation and image reading-out to be performed on the basis of synchronization signals in an equal cycle. The image reading-out is performed after the elapse of a preset period from the X-ray irradiation with an equal interval for every two or more synchronization signals. If the image reading-out is performed immediately after the X-ray irradiation, a charge amount to be accumulated other than an electric charge generated in a conversion layer is changed between the image reading-out and image reading-out immediately before the X-ray irradiation in especially successive photographing at a low rate and one-shot photographing due to influence of variation in bias voltage Vh with the X-ray irradiation, and the changed charge amount affects an X-ray irradiation image to be acquired. However, the image reading-out is performed after elapse of the preset period from the X-ray irradiation, therefore uneven brightness can be suppressed by suppressing influence of variation in the bias voltage Vh.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】バイアス電圧の変動の影響を抑えて、画像に生じる輝度ムラを抑えたX線診断装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】X線診断装置1において、X線管制御部6とFPD制御回路29は、等周期の同期信号に基づき、X線照射と画像読み出しを行わせる。画像読み出しは、2以上の同期信号ごとに等間隔で、X線照射後から予め設定された期間経過後に行われる。X線照射後すぐに画像読み出しを行うと、X線照射によるバイアス電圧Vhの変動の影響を受け、特に、低レートの連続撮影や、1枚撮影では、X線照射直前の画像読み出しとの間で、変換層で生成された電荷以外に蓄積される電荷量が変化し、変化電荷量は、取得されるX線照射画像に影響を与える。しかし、画像読み出しは、X線照射後から予め設定された期間経過後に行われるので、バイアス電圧Vhの変動の影響を抑え、輝度ムラを抑えることができる。【選択図】図4
