PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computer tomography apparatus capable of avoiding a situation in which a scan period is unnecessarily extended and a situation in which a scan period is shortened to the extent that the reconstitution is not possible even when a heart rate changes.SOLUTION: The X-ray computer tomography apparatus includes: an X-ray tube 101 for generating an X-ray an X-ray detector 103 a support mechanism for supporting the X-ray tube 101 and the X-ray detector 103 a reconstitution section 114 for reconstituting an image on the basis of projection data detected by the X-ray detector 103 an electrocardiac synchronization control section 118 for synchronizing the period of X-ray irradiation from the X-ray tube 101 to a subject with heartbeats of the subject and specifying a delay time till the X-ray irradiation start in a heartbeat period based on the center position of the X-ray irradiation period and the time width of the X-ray irradiation period and a display control section 117 for controlling a display part 115 to display an input screen for an operator to input the center position and the time width of the X-ray irradiation period with an electrocardiographic waveform expressing heartbeats of the subject.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】心拍が変動しても、スキャン期間が不必要に延長する事態及び再構成不能なほどスキャン期間が短縮する事態を回避するX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】X線コンピュータ断層撮影装置は、X線を発生するX線管101と、X線検出器103と、X線管101及びX線検出器103を支持する支持機構と、X線検出器103により検出された投影データに基づいて画像を再構成する再構成部114と、X線管101から被検体へのX線照射期間を被検体の心拍に同期させ、心拍期間におけるX線照射開始までの遅延時間をX線照射期間の中心位置とX線照射期間の時間幅とにより特定する心電同期制御部118と、X線照射期間の中心位置とX線照射期間の時間幅とを操作者が入力するための入力画面を被検体の心拍を表す心電波形とともに表示するよう表示部115を制御する表示制御部117とを具備する。【選択図】図1
