PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional molded article and a functional card having deodorant/antibacterial properties and having an air cleaning function for generating a large amount of ions without requiring a power source. A functional molded article is obtained by kneading and molding at least a functional material in a base material made of a resin material or an elastic material, wherein the functional material has an average particle size of 0.6 μm to 1.0 μm. The content of the functional material in the base material is 8% to 15%, and the functional material is molded in a state of being exposed on the surface.
