A device of eyeglasses adjustment and method of eyeglasses adjustment are provided. The device includes a CPU, a programmable fake head, an eyeglasses and a projecting screen. The CPU is electrically connected with the programmable fake head having a fake head, a pair of laser sources and a pair of inner cameras. The lasers and the inner cameras standing side by side are disposed corresponding to orbitals of the fake head and electrically connected with the CPU. The lasers project laser light from eyes of the fake head while the inner cameras simulate view of eyes of the fake head.
