The present invention relates to a portable medical platform system of an endoscope, which includes a camera head, a tube, a handle, and a portable main system. The camera head having light sources, a sensor, and an image signal processor is mounted in a distal end of the tube. The other proximal end of the tube is connected with the handle which has provided with several functional buttons thereon for electrically connecting with a mail board therein to control actions of light sources and the camera head wherein the portable main system is connected with the main board. By providing the control system on the handle, the invention therefore obtains utility for a medical surgery.本發明為一種攜帶型內視鏡醫療平台系統，包括有一鏡頭部、一管體、一把手、和一攜帶型主機，該鏡頭部設於管體的前端內部，具有光源組、影像感測器和影像訊號處理器等機構，管體的另一端連接於把手，把手外部設有多個功能鍵，連接於一中央處理器，以操作控制鏡頭之攝像的動作或光源照明等，而攜帶型主機則連接於把手之中央處理器，整體藉由將主要的操作控制機構設於把手的位置，故可便利醫療手術之進行，增進產業上的利用價值者。
