The present invention refers to the creation of two systems, the first consisting in the immediate release of the drug through the disintegration of the system, the second system being a matrix which is a modified release drug support, which in this particular case uses dicloxacillin as an active, both matrixes forming a bilayer tablet with a drug release controlled according to the contact of the surface with the medium. The modified release system of the matrix is characterised in that it comprises the drug (Dicloxacillin) uniformly distributed in the core of a polymer that releases the active in a period of time of 10 hours. The first system may release an amount of active (dose) or charge in an immediate manner while the second release system releases the active in a continuous manner, thus maintaining the concentration of the drug for a period of time of 10 hours.La presente invención se refiere a la creación de dos sistemas, el primero consiste en la liberación inmediata del fármaco a través de la desintegración del sistema, el segundo sistema es una matriz que es un soporte de fármaco de liberación modificada que en nuestro caso se emplea como activo a la dicloxacilina, ambas matrices forman a una tableta bicapa y que se controla la liberación de fármaco de acuerdo con la superficie de contacto con el medio. El sistema de liberación modificada de la matriz se caracteriza por tener el fármaco (Dicloxacilina) uniformemente distribuido en el seno de un polímero que libera al activo en el transcurso de 10 horas. El primer sistema libera una cantidad de activo (dosis) o carga de modo inmediato mientras que el segundo sistema de liberación libera al activo en forma constante manteniendo la concentración del fármaco por 10 horas.
