PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that metal leaf material such as gold leaf has a difficulty to be subjected to bacteriological examination because its own weight is light and has another in creating a material standard of cosmetics and the like because of expensiveness of its price per a unit of weight and that metal leaf material has bad handleability in manufacturing sites of cosmetics and the like for its extremely light weight.SOLUTION: A metal leaf dispersion paste is characterized by mixing metal leaf manufactured by foil beating in a pasty oil agent or a silicone elastomer and by making the metal leaf pass through meshes to crush into a predetermined size. By using the metal leaf dispersion paste, products with stable quality which facilitate standard setting and are remarkably improved in handleability in manufacturing sites can be obtained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】金箔など箔材料は、自重が軽いため、菌検査が難しく、かつ単位重量あたりの価格が高価なため、化粧品などの原料規格を作成することが問題があった。また、箔材料は、重量が極めて軽く、化粧品などの製造現場でのハンドリング性が悪い問題があった。【解決手段】ペースト状油剤またはシリコーンエラストマー中に、箔打ちにより製造された金属箔を混合し、メッシュを通過させることにより、金属箔を一定の大きさに粉砕したことを特徴とする金属箔分散ペーストを用いることで、規格設定が容易で、かつ製造現場でのハンドリング性が格段に向上し、安定した品質の製品が得られる。【選択図】なし
