The invention relates to a kit of flavour additives for oral enteral nutrition, for incorporating, at the moment of consumption, a basic product of an oral enteral diet and modifying the aroma and flavour thereof, the kit consisting of a pack (1) with a set of between two and ten capsules (2) containing a single dose of flavour additives (3) that each have a different flavour, such as toffee, fruits of the forest, rice pudding, banana, biscuit and lemon. Preferably, the capsules (2) contain a single dose of liquid flavour additives (3) and the pack (1) is a blister pack of plastic material with the capsules (2) being determined by thickened cavities in the material itself, located in separable portions, the capsules being torn open by twisting a weakened point (4) and the content being discharge by dripping when same are squeezed repeatedly.
