PURPOSE: A receiving circuit, an ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic image displaying apparatus are provided to obviate necessity for an adder by adding a current outputted from an amplification unit in the individual channels at an output line in the stage subsequent to the amplification unit.CONSTITUTION: An amplification unit(2) amplifies an echo signal received at an ultrasonic transducer(Tr). A delay unit(3) provides a delay time to output signals of the amplification unit. The delay unit includes a capacitor, a write switch and a read switch. A receiving circuit(1) is provided in an ultrasonic probe including the ultrasonic transducer.
