The present invention relates to a nano-Salicornia herbacea extract-coated rice manufactured by drying Salicornia herbacea in the inflated condition at 0.01 atmospheric pressure, grinding the same with a diamond mill, granulating the size of the particles into nano-sized particles to be adsorbed on the surface of rice, and coating the same with alginic acid, thereby being produced as nano-Salicornia herbacea extract-coated rice.
