PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging apparatus having a C-arm which is capable of effectively utilizing the space in the C-arm and capable of enhancing usability of the radiation imaging apparatus by an operator.SOLUTION: In the radiation imaging apparatus 100, a radiation source 16 configured to irradiate a subject with radiation and a two-dimensional detection device 18 configured to detect the radiation having passed through the subject are arranged to face each other across the C-arm 13.
