PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation for percutaneous absorption, which causes fewer skin irritation compared to conventional ones, shows good wettability and adaptability to the skin, shows a sufficient adhesion to the skin, contains a sufficient amount of physiologically active substances and shows good releasability of the physiologically active substances.SOLUTION: The preparation for percutaneous absorption is an adhesive skin patch wherein adhesive composition layers are formed on a support. The adhesive composition layers are obtained by mixing at least two polymeric materials, at least one of which is a polyether polymeric material containing a siloxane bond.
