PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder dispensing device that copes with an excessive amount of powder to be dispensed.SOLUTION: A shaft member 32 is provided so as to vertically penetrate through a dispensing unit. A lower part of the shaft member serves as a suction pipe 32E, and powder in a container 38 can be sucked up by pulling down the suction pipe.
