TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a virus-based vector derived from the order of Mononegavirus, and more particularly to a rabies virus vector. More particularly, the invention relates to rabies virus vectors capable of transfecting target cells and switching between replicable and non-replicable forms.
