PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic having the following features: providing a final quality of no cover stress and shield stress concealing red skin preventing powdered skin and peeled skin.SOLUTION: There is provided a water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic containing: (A) 0.01 to 0.5 mass% of organo-polysiloxane to which poly (N-acylalkyleneimine) segment is mound represented by general formula (1) (B) 2 to 20 mass% of hydrophobized fine particle titanium oxide having 10 to 80nm of primary particle size (C) 20 to 60 mass% of oil component which is liquid state at 25°C (D) 5 to 50 mass% of water and (E) 0.1 to 10 mass% of pseudo ceramide represented by ceramide or N-(hexadesiloxyhydroxypropyl)-N-hydroxyethylhexadecanamide.
