According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of an artificial bone comprises: a process of manufacturing a bio-rod and a poly-rod which are made by mixing bioceramics and a polymer at a high temperature to manufacture the artificial bone where an internal diameter and an external diameter are connected a process that a twist-rod is formed as the bio-rod and the poly-rod are alternately arranged a process that the twist-rod is cut for a fixed length, arranged in a mold, and pressed at high temperature and a process that the artificial bone is made through first and second sintering steps. The manufacturing method can manufacture the artificial bone in which biolcompatibility, which a natural bone has, and a porous structure where the internal diameter and the external diameter are connected are realized at the same time.
