PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning appliance which is available for both cleaning and sweeping off, and suitable for treating human excrement. SOLUTION: An attachable/detachable lid member 20 is connected to an opening part 13 of a case 10. A flow rate adjusting plate 21 having a plurality of holes 22 formed on the lid member 20, and a head 30 is attachably/detachably provided on a tip of the lid member 20. The head 30 is formed of an elastic member 31a, and a shaft 33 having a through hole 33c formed therein is provided inside the elastic member 31a. The appliance can be swept off stably by the shaft 33, and can be cleaned with a liquid by detaching the head 30.
