PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care bed apparatus at a low cost which can be used at a place with no electric source, and can prevent having a bedsore by inclining a bed by a person to be cared even when a care person does not attend.SOLUTION: The rocking type care bed includes: a bed 1 comprising a head part supporting stand for supporting the head part of a person to be cared a body supporting stand for supporting the body part of the person to be cared a leg part supporting stand for supporting the leg parts of the person to be cared and head part side plates 21 and 22, body part side plates 9 and 10, and leg parts side plate 12, each stood on both side end parts of each supporting stand. The rocking type care bed apparatus also includes: a base stand 2 for supporting the bed horizontally and in rocking way around a horizontal axial line extending in the longitudinal direction and a rocking mechanism for rocking the bed horizontally and around the horizontal axial line extending in the longitudinal direction.
