PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper, particularly an underpants-type diaper, which enables an absorbent pad to be replaced without requiring a wearer to take an unnatural posture.SOLUTION: The disposable diaper includes: a ventral part extended forward from a crotch part and a dorsal part extended backward from the crotch part. The ventral part and the dorsal part are integrated to each other beforehand or upon using so as to form an annular waist part in which a waist opening and a right and left pair of thigh openings are formed.
