PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horny layer-peeling adhesive sheet which can safely and simply be used, and to provide a horny layer-peeling adhesive composition used therefor.SOLUTION: This horny layer-peeling adhesive sheet comprising a support and an adhesive layer laminated to one side of the support is characterized in that the adhesive layer is formed from an adhesive composition comprising a (meth)acrylic polymer, a lactam ring-having (meth)acrylic oligomer, a cross-linking agent, and a liquid component having a number-average mol.wt. (Mn) of <4,000. The lactam ring-having (meth)acrylic oligomer is preferably a copolymer of N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone with an alkyl (meth)acrylate.
