The water inlet pipe is connected to an outer wall of the fluid guiding body and communicated to the fluid guiding body. The water inlet pipe is for inletting a water, the guiding pipe is for inletting an air, and the water and the air are mixed in the fluid guiding body and led out from the outlet end.
